Please note:  If you use Linux with Global Protect and you experience that Global Protect freeze for 30 seconds and then disconnect, you can resolve the issue by doing the following:

  • Go to the gp.config file of the app
  • Chang the dpd connection time out to the following:  Openconnect-args=--force-dpd=300
