This guide is for reconnecting to Eduroam when password has been updated/changed or issues reconnecting when moving between buildings.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select the WiFi icon and select the arrow



  2. Right click on Eduroam and select Forget



    NB* Note for the rest of the guide you will need to be connect to your personal hotspot or RegisterMe

  3. Open your browser and enter the link 

    https://cat.eduroam.org

  4. Search for your Organization which will be Stellenbosch University and select



  5. Select the user group Stellenbosch University then click on the Eduroam download button



  6. Your download will start and the file will be in your downloads folder





  7. Launch the application and follow the prompts such as below:





  8. Enter your SU credentials as requested below:
    Use you Stellenbosch University email as username
    Use you Stellenbosch University password
    Install





  9. Installation will now be complete



  10. Now you can connect to Eduroam
