Forget network and re-enter credentials
Make sure password is updated

Initial connects takes a few minutes, please be patient.

Connect to eduroam, enter full student email and password, enter admin password to make certificate changes.
iPhone
Make sure private address is disabled and join network, use full email and password, Trust certificate and wait for connection. Unsecure network will show when connected to eduroam.

RegisterMe shows unauthorized - close window and open browser enter URL.
iPhone
RegisterMe shows unauthorized - make sure private address is disabled and join network, cancel and select use without internet, open browser and enter URL.

RegisterMe requires sign in - change random mac address to device mac, tap on RegisterMe to sign in then (Unauthorized will pop up, 3 dots top right use without internet) then open browser.
Eduroam
Change random mac address to device mac, make sure all settings are filled in correctly, use full email and password.
