This guide is for reconnecting to Eduroam when password has been updated/changed or issues reconnecting when moving between buildings.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go To Settings on your Android Phone.

   Select Wi-Fi and select the Info Icon next to Eduroam

2. Some Androids Android versions you will have to press and hold down on Eduroam for the Forget Network to appear

   Now select Forget .

3. Select Remove.

4. Go to PlayStore and search GetEduroam app
   
   Click on Install

5. Open the app

6. Once open search for Stellebosch Stellenbosch University

   Image Added
   
   Select Stellenbosch University
   Image Removed
   Image Added
   
   
7. Enter your SU email as username and password

8. Select Save to save and configure Eduroam to your networks

   Image Added
   
   
9. You will see this screen when the wifi is configured. You can then close the app and check that Eduroam is connected
