This install guide will work for previous versions of Windows as well.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Windows icon
2. In the search bar, type run

3. Select Run (Desktop app)

5. In the dialog box, type in the printer you would like to setup (As indicated in the list below)

8. This indicate that the printer is busy installing.

10. Enter your Student Number \Username and Password as seen below:

       Example: stb\username

11. When the printer is successfully install, this screen should pop-up.

    Printer installation will now begin and be complete with the printer queue screen as successfully installed.

12. To test if the printer successfully prints, follow the instructions below:

    Click on the windows icon and go to settings.

13. Click on DEVICES.
    Image RemovedClick on Bluetooth & Device and select Printers & Scanners, the list of printers should then appear

14. Select the installed printer.
    Image AddedClick on the printer you installed, then click on Manage.

15. Click on “Print a test page”.
    
16. To see if your test page is in the queue, click on Open print queue

18. Print Queue will appear, and Test Page is sent to Printer.
    Image AddedYour Test Page should now reflect in the print queue.
