Moodle provides lecturers with detailed logs and participation reports of all the activities in a course which can be useful to track students’ activities in a course.

titleAccessing reports and logs

To access the course logs and reports:

  1. Click the course settings on the right corner of your course page by clicking the configuration icon with an arrow
  2. Scroll down and click ‘More’ to open logs and reports options.

Clicking any of the report options, will take you to a new page with a list of filter options for the selected report.
